This offer applies to one month of coaching service. Should you find the coaching to be of value and you want to continue, regular pricing would apply: $599 for two 45 minute coaching sessions per month. We’ll be happy to welcome you! You’ll find that your life, professional and personal, will bear the fruit of more and more effective interactions.

Our situation-based coaching process looks like this:

  • Based on important situations identified in-workshop, conduct targeted effectiveness-based conversations

  • Proactively plan for greater effectiveness in upcoming situations; and/or explore how to constructively build from past situations

  • Discuss the Situation, what you want to achieve, and how Vision, Alignment & Execution (plus one’s own experiences, values, strengths, etc.), may be deployed

  • Explore and develop Possibilities; decide on Actions
